yoga & FITNESS for moms
We are thrilled to share our building space with Ceretana Healing and Movement Arts Yoga Studio. The studio offers a variety of yoga classes and are continuing to build their group fitness classes for pregnant and postpartum women. Class sizes are small and teachers are skilled at accommodating a variety of student needs. If you are a mama at any stage who hasn't gotten back into a work-out routine, any one of these classes would be the perfect place to start.
Postnatal Pilates with Laurel Sears
Mondays 11am-12pm
Laurel Sears is a mama of two, dancer, lover of movement and outdoor wanderer. Laurel got her Pilates certificate through Beacon Pilates, and has taught previously at the Women's Club and in the university setting.
This class is designed to recover and strengthen after childbirth. Special love will be focused on the abdominal, pelvic floor, and breathing muscles. Pilates offers a special pathway to recovery, as it focuses on balancing muscle groups and toning while lengthening to create efficient, well supported movement. Infants 0-crawling are invited as well, open to all mamas in any stage of life.

Raegan created Vega Yoga to complement her work as a doula. She has witnessed pregnancy to be a beautiful invitation to devote oneself to practice. Her classes are dedicated to slowing down and tending to mind, body, and spirit in preparation for both birth and life afterwards.
